be cast in one of four performance companies and will rehearse and perform a fully staged musical revue on an
800-seat professional stage, choreographed by Broadway guest
artists. There's also a
Teen Drama Workshop & Acting Ensemble for teens who want to focus on
dramatic arts. (See description below.)
The workshop ALSO includes classes with Theatre Arts Professionals in acting, voice, music skills, dance (tap, jazz, and hip hop), on-camera technique, mime, and other performing arts. With Broadway caliber classes, we are conveniently located in residence at THE PROFESSIONAL PERFORMING ARTS
CENTER at Queensborough College in Bayside, near LIRR, and public transportation. School Bus service in most of Queens and some of Nassau County is also available!
OUR PROGRAM IS A FULL DAY OF THEATRE AND DANCE!
No need to select a Minor or to get sidetracked with non-performing arts related classes. If you are looking for a real professional experience take a closer look! See what other parents and students have said about us on the
page.
The workshop takes place over four weeks of serious FUN;
July 3 - 30, 2006; 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. (No classes on July
