The Musical Theatre Ensemble
is a professionally-based theatre and dance workshop for talented young
performers ages 14-19. Participants will perform in
BEAUTY & THE BEAST, JR., directed by
Russell Ochocki from Musical Theatre
International! This will be a national test site
production as the authors and Music Theatre International
have selected Theatre Arts Center to present this new
version. This version takes the best from the Broadway
show and will be the newest addition to the MTI Junior
Catalog. Our production will be the world premiere of
this Junior version and an important resume builder for
young performers!

MODERN MILLIE JR.!
The Ensemble will also perform in
Bound
for Broadway, a two-act song &
dance spectacular that features choreography from
Broadway Guest Artists. A featured Guest Artist
for 2007 will be Karen Mason who will conduct a Masterclass
(see her bio on Staff page).
The workshop includes
Master Classes with theatre professionals.
Performances are at TWO Professional Theatres -- the beautifully restored Sellersville
Theatre in Central Bucks County and Bristol
Riverside Theatre in lower Bucks County, NE of
Philadelphia.
An
excellent professional training program and resume
builder for those young performers who are auditioning
for performing arts schools, school shows, and those who
are or will be pursuing a career in performing.
Something for all levels.

Theatre
Arts Center has been of great help to MTI in the development
of MOBY DICK, The Musical and THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE
Junior. The talent and expertise they bring to the process
has been extremely helpful in the development of these
titles. We look forward to working with them on JUST
SO this summer.
